Doña Elvia Robles hace besitos, jamoncillo y glorias de nuez en cazo de cobre desde 1994, con nuez de Nayarit y de Durango. La receta no lleva conservador, así que la caja se manda con hielo seco de mayo a septiembre y eso encarece el envío — lo decimos aquí para que nadie se entere en el checkout.
