What this item is

Three mezcals from the same maestro, poured beside the still that made them: an espadín, a tobalá and whatever is running that month. Two hours, ten seats, and the tasting finishes at the roasting pit so you can see where the smoke in the glass comes from. Nobody drives back: the ride to the centre of Oaxaca is in the price.
