What this item is
The casita at the back with an outside stair to a flat roof, which is the whole reason it costs more: there is nothing between it and the horizon in any direction, and the sky here is a dark sky reserve. Sleeps three. The stair is steep and has a rope rather than a rail, so it is not the room to take with small children.
