What this item is

One of the four benches is yours for a week and the room above the shop comes with it. Seven nights minimum, because that is what a joined piece takes: mill, dry, cut, fit, glue, finish. Parota and mesquite are billed by the board foot at what the ejido charged us. You bring your hands — the hand tools are here, and the machines are run by us.

Cancel 336 hours ahead at no cost. Inside that window the seller keeps 50%.

Two weeks' notice and there is nothing to pay. Inside two weeks we keep half, because a bench held is a bench nobody else used.
