What this item is
Two rooms in the old house above the still, for people who want to see a batch from the roast to the bottle rather than read about it. Two nights minimum because a distillation does not fit in one. Breakfast is whatever the family is eating. There is no lift, the road in is gravel, and the still runs at night in season — all three are said here rather than discovered on arrival.

Forty minutes from the city on gravel for the last six kilometres. We collect from the centre by arrangement.

Cancel 168 hours ahead at no cost. Inside that window the seller keeps 50%.
Cancel a week ahead and there is nothing to pay. Inside the week we keep half, because the room stays empty.
